These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between supar baje ("we", "us", "Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). supar baje is an online Sports Betting and casino gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali with our Bangladeshi users in mind. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall take precedence.

Supar baje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Creating a personal account is required to access supar baje services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time, and any winnings held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Date of Birth
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Residential Address

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, supar baje may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence at any time. Failure to complete this verification may delay or suspend your withdrawal.

To register and use supar baje, you must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

If it is established that a person created an account while under the age of 18:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.
• Deposited funds may be returned (subject to individual circumstances).

The following individuals are also ineligible to open an account on supar baje:

• Citizens or residents of countries where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Employees of our platform and their immediate family members.
• Anyone previously banned by us.

Supar baje supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit: may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposited funds must come solely from your own mobile banking or bank account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• KYC verification is required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

Supar baje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the respective promotion page. However, some general bonus conditions apply across the board:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of wagers (typically 10x–30x) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of the date they are credited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or Sports Betting markets.
• Maximum Bet Limit: The maximum single bet amount from a bonus balance is limited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

Supar baje reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, though this will not apply to bonuses already claimed.

Keep the following rules in mind whenever you place bets on supar baje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• You can place pre-match bets before an event starts, as well as live bets while the event is in progress.
• If a bet is voided due to odds changes, the full stake will be returned.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, supar baje reserves the right to void that bet.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is void, that leg is removed and the remaining selections are settled accordingly.

For Sports Betting, the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body are used to determine outcomes. supar baje's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on supar baje and may result in immediate account closure:

• Involvement in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Using multiple accounts — by the same person or group — to collect bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Placing bets automatically using betting systems or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Abusing or threatening our support team.

Supar baje may suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal subject to KYC verification.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 BDT may be deducted after 12 months until the balance reaches zero.

Supar baje is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a cause of financial or emotional distress.

Members can use the following tools within their account:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Betting Limits: Set a cap on your total betting amount within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause your gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from gaming for an extended period (6 months to 5 years).
• Reality Check: Check your session time and loss history at regular intervals.

Supar baje is not liable for the following:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection.
• Deposits or withdrawals may be delayed due to issues with third-party payment systems.
• Any issues caused by your device or network connection.
• Any losses resulting from sharing account details with others.
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming.

Supar baje is committed to maintaining high service standards, though occasional downtime may be necessary for server maintenance or other reasons. We will endeavour to provide advance notice whenever possible.

Supar baje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance — via email or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you object to any changes, please contact us to close your account.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions will first be referred to our customer care team for resolution. If needed, both parties may agree to pursue mediation to settle the matter.
